I’m a part-time writer, part-time drifter living in Washington, New Jersey. Raised on the line between pristine suburbia and dirt-in-your-shoes farmland, I grew up with my father’s classic rock collection and spent my formative years living amongst the beautiful disharmony of my brother’s high school rock bands.
I recently spent four years in Chicago, attending art school and broadening my musical horizons to everything from the blues to modern art rockers to the Beach Boys. Here, I got into vinyl for the first time and immediately stole said classic rock collection from my poor dad, expanding it over the years. While in school, I also helmed a series of radio shows on FreeRadioSAIC, dedicating two years to a laid-back, anything-goes show called “The Radio Show Abides.”
Now in my early twenties, I’ve returned to my roots, digging soul and the new scene, living and dreaming in New Jersey once more. With indulgent ears and an open mind, I have a huge appetite and passion for music. I look forward to sharing this voracity with all of you, and hopefully expanding my musical vocabulary along the way.
