Princeton Public Library – “Princeton Reads”
by Brett in In & Around Our Store
We are pleased to be part of the Princeton community and always enjoy working with other local artistic-minded organizations. With that spirit in mind, we are currently supporting the Princeton Public Library’s “Princeton Reads” program, this time featuring the book “Things Fall Apart” by the Nigerian author Chinua Achebe.
We encourage everyone to read this book and participate in the local events that the library is sponsoring. For our part, Princeton Record Exchange is offering 10% off all African CDs for the month of March, 2008 (sale tagged items only, no other discounts may be combined).
From the Princeton Public Library:
Read with us. Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe is the latest selection for Princeton Reads, a community-wide reading program. Everyone is encouraged to read and participate in discussions and events centered on Things Fall Apart. Visit www.princetonlibrary.org/reads for more information and come to the Nassau Presbyterian Church on March 26th at 6pm to see Chinua Achebe, the 2007 Man Booker International Prize winner in a discussion with Kwame Anthony Appiah.
Regards,
The PREX Staff

The Princeton Public Library is an amazing part of the town – and it’s a beautiful piece ofe architecture too!
