Founded in 1980, Princeton Record Exchange is a 4,300 square foot independent record store located in historic, downtown Princeton, New Jersey, about one hour from New York City and Philadelphia, easily accessible by car, train and bus

In our store, we carry over 20,000 Deep Discount CD's under $5 each in many music genres at our Deep Discount CD Sale. Our selection of Discount CD's includes alternative, hip hop, jazz and much more. Since 1980, Princeton Record Exchange has one of the largest selection of deep discount CD's on the East Coast, with a large selection of new releases and Discount CD's.

We take pride in having a large selection of new releases at discount prices and older new and used Discount CD titles in many music genres both new and used. Many artists located in our Discount CD's priced under $5, we sell in our Discount LP's sections for $1, or $1.99, each. These Bargain Discount LP's are priced under $2 because of overstock, titles that have been recently reduced in price, obscure titles or because they are 12" singles.
