From Manhattan: Lincoln Tunnel, Holland Tunnel, or the George Washington Bridge are the easiest way to the N.J. Turnpike.

Main Route:

  1. Take the Parkway to exit 129, and get onto the New Jersey Turnpike South.
  2. Continue on the Turnpike, and get off at exit 9.
  3. Follow signs to route 1, then route 1 South (be Careful).
  4. After approx. 25 minutes, turn right onto Washington Road/route 571 (3 gas stations at intersection).
  5. Turn left at fifth light onto Nassau Street (route 27 south).
  6. Drive 1 block and make your first right onto South Tulane Street (after passing Panera Bread and Charles Schwab). Please note that the street sign for South Tulane St. itself may be hard to read.
  7. Drive a few hundred feet; Princeton Record Exchange is in a large white building on your left, directly before the parking lot on your left.

Alternative Shortcut Route for Rush Hour / Lots of Traffic on Route One:

  1. Follow signs to the New Jersey Turnpike South.
  2. Get off of the Turnpike at Exit 9.
  3. Follow signs to Route 1, then Route 1 South (be careful).
  4. Drive approximately 11.2 miles, then bear right onto Raymond Road. (Landmarks: just past the Exxon station on the left and Best Western on the right)
  5. Raymond Road ends; bear left through the light onto Route 27 South.
  6. Drive 3.8 miles on Route 27, pass Route 571 (Washington Road) and the movie theater on the right.
  7. Drive 1 block and make your first right onto South Tulane Street (after passing Panera Bread and Charles Schwab). Please note that the street sign for South Tulane St. itself may be hard to read.
  8. Drive a few hundred feet; Princeton Record Exchange is in a large white building on your left, directly before the parking lot on your left.

  2. You are on route 278 West.
  3. Cross the Goethals Bridge, and follow signs for NJ Turnpike South (I-95)
  4. Get off at exit 9
  5. Follow signs to route 1, then route 1 South.
