Princeton Record Exchange buys thousands of collections of new and used CDs, DVDs,
LP's, and more every year. We buy private collections,
estate collections, reviewer/radio station surplus, and
entire store inventories-no collection is too large!
We make it simple for you to sell CDs and
sell DVDs to Princeton Record Exchange.
To find out what we can pay for your collection, you may:

For collections greater than 100 CDs or DVDs,
we recommend you call us during store hours at 609-924-3472
to discuss your collection with an appraiser. You
may also email us at sellcdsdvds@prex.com with your phone number(s), convenient time(s) to call
you and a general description of your collection.
To get top-dollar,
the CDs or DVDs must be in excellent shape; no scratches
on the discs, cracks in the cases, rips in the liner notes,
excessive dirt, or mildew. Please inspect your CDs or
DVDs carefully and note any damage.
Sell CDs to Us:
We will typically
pay from $1 to $4 for most full-length CDs. The price we
offer is based on what we think we can sell the item for
and its condition. There are thousands of CDs that we are
happy to pay $3 to $4 for, but we may offer you less than
$1 for some poor-sellers.
After review,
we will inform you the value of the specific titles we wish
to purchase and email you a quote with shipping
instructions.
Please
do not send us any items before receiving approval from
one of our appraisers. We can not be held responsible for
any unauthorized merchandise shipped to us.
We will base our prices on the titles being in near-mint
condition. If, upon our inspection, they turn out to be
in lesser condition, then we will have to significantly
reduce our offer. Upon receipt of your merchandise, we will
promptly issue you a company check.

Sell DVDs to Us:
We pay up to $4 for most feature-length movies (more
for some deluxe issues such as Criterion editions). We
are interested in all genres including Action, Horror,
Family, Drama, Disney, Foreign, and much more.
As with CDs, when you sell
DVDs, the discs, liner notes and cases must be in excellent
condition. DVDs that are scratched, have ripped or missing
liner notes, are excessively dirty, or are mildewed will
only get a fraction of our top price. Please inspect your
DVDs carefully and note any damage. To send us information

When you sell DVDs to us, all titles must be playable
in North America (Region 1 or Region-free, NTSC).
