music up to current music since 1980. Princeton Record
Exchange is a 4,300 square foot independent record and
CD music store located in historic, downtown Princeton, New Jersey, about one hour from New York City and Philadelphia, easily accessible by car, train and bus.
With a selection of over 160,000 recent
to old CD's, DVD's and LP's, we are one of the largest
independent record and CD music stores on the East Coast.

Selling Records: 50s Music, 60s Music, Motown Records & More
We generally pay up to two dollars for
strong-selling 50s Music, 60s Music, and Motown
Records, Old Music/Beach
Music and certain Gospel
Records (Rock up to $100 or more for certain rarities,
less for weaker titles and for titles of which we have
a large quantity) in near-mint condition (vinyl and cover
must be unscratched and unscuffed). We can also use certain
45s (particularly some extended-play 45s and some with
picture sleeves).
While we buy many CD and DVD collections
through the mail, most LP collections that we buy come
from customers that live within 2-3 hours from Princeton,
NJ. You are welcome to fill out our sell records questionnaire
or call us to discuss your collection, but please be aware
that many records do not have a high enough value to make
shipping worth while. It is generally best to bring them
to our Princeton, NJ store, but we do recommend that you
speak with one of our appraisers first, or see LP
genres of interest to us and LPs
we have little interest in to make sure we don't waste
your time.
